Hello and welcome, I’m Barbara.
Think of me as your guide on recovering from illness or injury or coping with a chronic illness.
Whether it’s your own or a loved one. I established Return to Wellness® so you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. As your guide, I’ve got 10+ years experience supporting people like you.
Plus I have firsthand experience of the life-changing impact a health issue can have both having been seriously ill and a carer for my partner.
My coaching and adult learning background were key to helping us in recovering from illness and reclaiming our lives. I have also led a charity where I supported individuals and families living with chronic illness and disability and conducted research in this area for a masters in coaching psychology.
